United States Law provides limited use of copyrighted materials for educational and non-profit use under the established doctrine of "Fair Use." The images used in my "Academic Web Site" are intended to be used strictly for my students' educational benefit and the betterment of the students' academic progress and their eventual service to society at large. To maintain strict adherence to the law's spirit, I only allow students currently enrolled in classes with me to use the resources available on my Academic Web Site. I require my students not to share visual or audiovisual resources or links outside of their classes. In this way, we can all keep safely within the law and use it's intended purpose precisely for what it was designed: Your Educational Betterment. By using the visual and audiovisual resources on this site, you agree to not share links or resources outside of this class. Resources are available at left if you would like to explore the doctrine of "Fair Use" further. |
